Caitlin Rubinstein is best described, by her mother, as a hokey-pokey kid–she puts her whole self into everything she does. Reading was a struggle for her from an early age, but ever since she landed her first summer intern job in publishing you will never find her without a book in her hand, bag, or nightstand. Annie Mazes had a moment of enlightenment while getting her MLS at Queens College, when library marketing gurus spoke to her YA Literature class. Realizing that 'dream job' now actually had a definition, she set her sights to the publishing industry and never looked back.
